  1. Finely chop the boiled meat and suet, then mix thoroughly.

  2. Add raisins, currants, water, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, salt, molasses, brown sugar, nutmeg, mace, brandy, cider, and sherry wine to the mixture.

  3. Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 2 weeks.

  4. Before making each pie, add chopped apple to the mixture.
