Canning Fruits

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare two pans of water: one boiling and one warm enough to hold your hand comfortably.

  2. Warm jars and covers in the cooler water, then transfer them to the boiling water to prevent breaking.

  3. Drain the heated jars, fill them with fruit, and pour syrup over the top, ensuring all gaps are filled.

  4. Seal the jars immediately and store them in a cool, dark place.
