Tender Meat

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place young pigeons in a basket lined with a soft layer of moss or hay.

  2. Keep the basket in a well-ventilated area that is dark.

  3. Feed the pigeons three times a day with warm cooked maize, opening their beaks to give them 30 to 40 grains each time.

  4. Continue this feeding for 10 to 12 days to achieve tender meat.
