Baked Squash

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Cut the squash into pieces and remove the seeds.

  2. Place the squash in a baking pan and bake at 400°F (200°C) until soft.

  3. Mash the baked squash and season with coarse sea salt to taste.
