Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Trim the chicken and slice the lettuces after washing and drying them.

  2. Place the lettuces in the middle of a dish and top with the chicken pieces.

  3. Pour the salad dressing over the chicken.

  4. Garnish the edge of the salad with hard-boiled eggs cut into rings, sliced cucumber, and boiled beetroot slices.

  5. Alternatively, rub the yolks through a sieve and chop the whites finely, arranging them in small bunches on the salad.
