Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add to the beaten yolks.

  3. Gradually add a few drops of olive oil while beating with an egg beater or wooden spoon.

  4. Alternately add lemon juice and the remaining olive oil, beating steadily until fully combined.

  5. If the dressing curdles, start with a fresh yolk and slowly add the curdled dressing, alternating with some acid.

  6. Before using, thin the mayonnaise with thick whipped cream.
