Boiled Puddings
Ingredients
Directions
Ensure there is enough water in the kettle to boil the pudding for the required time.
Scald a clean cloth bag and sprinkle it with flour.
Turn the bag inside out and fill it with the pudding batter.
Tie the bag tightly, leaving room for the pudding to swell.
Plunge the bag into a kettle of boiling water.
Cover the kettle and do not disturb until the pudding is done.
