  1. Remove the meat from the bones of cold turkey and chop it finely.

  2. Layer bread crumbs in a buttered dish and moisten them with a little milk.

  3. Add a layer of turkey and some filling, then place small pieces of butter on top.

  4. Sprinkle with pepper and coarse sea salt.

  5. Repeat layers until the dish is nearly full.

  6. Add a little hot water to the turkey gravy and pour it over the layers.

  7. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, melted butter, and a little salt.

  8. Pour the egg mixture over the dish and top with cracker crumbs.
