Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a deep dish with the rolled biscuit dough.
Layer some beef slices in the dish, then sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Repeat layering with beef, seasoning, and other ingredients until the dish is filled.
Cover the pie with dough, leaving a slit in the center.
