What each ingredient does

Java coffee
Provides the main body and flavor of the brew.
Mocha coffee
Adds a richer, more aromatic flavor to the blend.

The step that matters

Boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Boiling extracts flavor from the grounds, but over-boiling can make the coffee bitter. Letting the grounds settle afterward keeps the liquid clear.

“What each ingredient does” and “The step that matters” were written by Claude from this recipe’s own method and reviewed in samples by CompKitchen.
