To Dip Bonbons
Ingredients
Directions
Shape the centers as desired and allow them to dry.
Melt fondant in a saucepan over hot water; color and flavor as desired.
Dip a small wooden skewer in coloring paste, then into the fondant to color it lightly.
Keep the fondant over hot water while dipping.
Use a two-tined fork or a confectioner's bonbon dipper to clip the bonbons.
Drop each center into the fondant one at a time and place on oiled paper.
Bring the end of the dipper over the top of the bonbon to show they are hand-made.
Stir the fondant between clippings to prevent a crust from forming.
