Blueberry Pickles
Ingredients
Directions
Pick over the blueberries, discarding any that are not sound.
Fill jars or wide-mouthed bottles with blueberries, leaving an inch of space at the top.
Pour molasses into the jars until it settles into all the spaces, adding more as needed until the berries are fully covered.
Cover the tops of the jars with a piece of cotton cloth to keep out flies and insects.
Store the jars in a cool, dark place.
