Canning Fruits Without Sirup
Ingredients
Directions
Pick the fruit the same day you plan to can it.
Cull, stem, or seed, and clean the fruit by rinsing it in a strainer with water.
Pack the cleaned fruit tightly into glass jars or tin cans.
Pour boiling water over the packed fruit until the jars or cans are full.
Place rubbers and caps on the jars, partially seal if using glass, or seal completely if using tin cans.
Place the containers in a sterilizing vat.
