Ale and Beer

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a deep open vessel (mash-tub), combine coarsely ground malt with boiled water that has cooled to the right temperature.

  2. Stir the mixture well for 2 to 3 hours to extract the sugary qualities of the malt.
