Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a brine solution with water, coarse sea salt, and lime.

  2. Ensure the solution is strong enough so an egg will sink but remain covered.

  3. For every barrel of this solution, add 1 to 2 pails of water.

  4. If desired, add cream of tartar to the mixture.
