Grape Must or Sweet Wine
Ingredients
Directions
Gather black grapes from the vine, removing any green or rotten ones.
Pick the grapes from the stem and crush them on a fine sieve.
Press the marc left on the sieve to extract any remaining juice.
Combine the juice from the press and the sieve into a small cask.
Let the mixture settle for 24 hours.
Bottle the mixture and heat it in a water bath to clarify.
Arrange the bottles on laths to cool.
