Apple Juice
Ingredients
Directions
Peel and quarter the apples, removing the cores and seeds.
Boil the apples with enough water in a large pot until dissolved.
Pass the mixture through a sieve, pressing to extract all juice.
Bottle the juice and heat it in a bain-marie until it just begins to boil.
Remove from heat and let it cool before transferring to other bottles.
The next day, when settled, pour off the clear juice into clean bottles and cork them.
