Fizzy Lifting Drink

"After scouring the Internet in search of an extra-special cocktail for our Willy Wonka-themed backyard movie party, it became apparent that I would have to step into my cocktail laboratory and invent my own. After many back-breaking hours spent calibrating specimens which were analyzed by my friends, I came up with this recipe that I'm confident even Willy Wonka himself would be proud to call The Fizzy Lifting Drink. Warning: This drink may cause mischievous behavior."
