What each ingredient does

Essence of cederata
Provides the main cedar flavour that defines the ice.
Lemons
Add acidity and fresh citrus flavour that balances the sweetness of the syrup.
Syrup
Adds sweetness and helps keep the ice smooth rather than hard and icy.
