Chocolate Almonds

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Roast the almonds in the oven, being careful not to let them get too brown.

  3. Once cool, melt the chocolate until smooth.

  4. Add the roasted almonds to the melted chocolate and stir to coat evenly.

  5. Using tweezers, lift each coated almond out and place them on a piece of oilcloth to set.
