Orange Flower Biscuits

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar with enough egg whites to form a thick paste.

  2. Add orange flowers to the mixture, adjusting the amount based on your sugar and egg whites.

  3. Shape the mixture into small lumps, about the size of a walnut.

  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Place three sheets of parchment paper on a baking tray and arrange the lumps on top.

  6. Bake until they rise to a light brown color, then remove from the oven and let cool.
