Angelica Knots, Dried
Ingredients
Directions
Remove the angelica from the pan and wash off the syrup with warm water.
Cut the angelica into slips about ¼ inch long, the same length as when first preserved.
Shape the slips into your desired form, preferably a true-lover’s knot, and tie them if possible.
Place the knots on sieves and put them in the stove.
Let them dry completely until ready to be candied.
