Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rub 2 ounces of butter into 1 pound of flour.

  2. Mix in cold water to form a dough.

  3. Roll out the dough and incorporate 12 ounces of butter by rolling it in three times.

  4. Sprinkle a little eating oil over the dough between each roll for a shivery texture and bright color.

  5. Optionally, dissolve a very little volatile salts in milk and mix it into the dough for a lighter, more beautiful paste.
