Greengage Biscuits

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the biscuits in the same manner as peach biscuits, keeping them the size and shape of plums.

  2. Stick the two halves together with greengage jam.

  3. Cover the biscuits entirely with greengage jam.

  4. Hold them on a silver fork and dip them in transparent icing colored with spinach green.

  5. Once dried, insert a thin twig of green angelica to form the stalks and add a light dusting of sugar for bloom.
