Ices in Fruit Moulds
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare your ice mixture and clean the mould.
Fill the mould with ice, inserting a fruit stem or leaves through the small hole.
Close the mould tightly, ensuring the stem and leaves are outside.
Wrap the mould in paper and bury it in a mixture of ice and salt in a tub.
Ensure the ice completely covers the mould.
Let it sit for about 1.5 hours until ready.
