  1. Prepare the isinglass according to package instructions.

  2. Mix the isinglass with cream until well combined.

  3. Add strawberry jam and mix until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.

  5. Once set, turn out the cream from the mold carefully to avoid discoloration.

  6. For a deeper color, mix a little cochineal color with the isinglass or cream before combining.
