Ingredients

fresh Marshmallow Drops
melted Fondant (pink color, Pose or Nectar flavor)
white desiccated Cocoanut
red food coloring

Directions

Cut fresh Marshmallow Drops into four pieces each.
Dip the pieces in melted pink Fondant.
Drop them into a pan containing grated Cocoanut.
Sieve the white desiccated Cocoanut, rejecting the fine bits.
Add a few drops of red food coloring to the remaining Cocoanut and stir until evenly colored.
Roll the dipped drops in the colored Cocoanut.
Arrange them in pans to cool and crystallize.
