Cream Candies in Bars

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt leftover cream in boiling water two or three times until smooth and firm.

  2. Keep flavors and colors separate; work each into a ball size.

  3. Line cardboard cases with wax paper and press in a piece of cream candy.

  4. If the case isn't full, level the surface and press in another color.

  5. Combine flavors that complement each other, like pink on white or yellow on chocolate.

  6. If the paste crumbles, moisten your hands with a little water.

  7. For stiff chocolate, add a little butter.

  8. Once firm, remove the bars and cut into cubes with a warm, sharp knife.
