Fruit Candy

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Knead the chopped raisins, figs, citron, and almonds into some plain fondant.

  2. Roll out a layer of plain white fondant about 1-2 inches thick.

  3. Add a layer of pink fondant on top of the white layer.

  4. Spread a layer of the fruit mixture over the pink layer.

  5. Add another layer of pink fondant over the fruit.

  6. Cover with a final layer of white fondant that extends over the sides.

  7. Roll the entire layered fondant in melted chocolate.

  8. Place on wax paper to harden.

  9. Once hardened, slice across like a loaf of bread.
