What each ingredient does

Vanilla nougat
Forms the chewy, sweet body of the layers that hold the chocolate and wafers.
Wafer sheets
Provide thin, crisp layers that separate and support the nougat and chocolate.
Dark chocolate
Adds a rich, bittersweet layer that contrasts with the sweet nougat.
