Milk Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and baking powder in ½ cup of tepid milk.

  2. Mix this with enough flour to form a well-kneaded elastic ball of dough.

  3. Score the dough and place it in the center of the remaining flour in a bowl.

  4. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

  5. Once risen, gradually add the rest of the tepid milk while working the dough into a smooth elastic body.
