Dipped Strawberries

  1. Select a desired amount of nice solid strawberries without washing them.

  2. Obtain several clips with hooks, like those used for hanging shirts.

  3. Stretch a line about 18 to 20 inches over your spinning table.

  4. Lay wax paper under the string.

  5. Melt some fondant in a double boiler and keep it handy.

  6. Attach the clips to the stems of the strawberries.

  7. Dip the strawberries in the melted fondant up to the green part and hang them on the line to drip.

  8. Repeat until all strawberries are dipped.
