To Preserve Fruit
Ingredients
Directions
Pick the fruit from the stems and place it into bottles, filling them completely.
Cork the bottles loosely and set them upright in a pan of warm water.
Heat the water until it nearly boils and let the bottles stand for fifteen minutes.
Fill each bottle within an inch of the cork with boiling water, cork tightly, and let them cool.
Pack the bottles on their sides to keep the corks moist.
