Potato Cake

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes.

  2. Mix in parsley and seasoning.

  3. Combine with egg white to form a cake.

  4. Brush the cake with egg and cover with bread crumbs.

  5. Fry until light brown.

  7. Stew gently for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
