Winter Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and cut the celery into thin pieces, discarding any worm-eaten parts.

  2. Clean the endive and mustard and cress to remove any grit.

  3. Arrange the endive, mustard and cress, and celery high in the center of a salad bowl.

  4. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and beetroot, and garnish the salad with them.

  5. Pour your choice of sauce (No. 506, 507, or 508) into the dish, but not over the salad.

  6. Serve immediately to maintain freshness and crispness.
