Preparing Coffee

  1. Keep two coffee pots for use.

  2. Pour off the clear liquid from the sediment.

  3. Add the proper quantity of water to the sediment and bring it to a boil for a few minutes.

  4. Pour the boiling water over the ground roasted coffee in the other pot.

  5. Cover and let it steep for 20 to 30 minutes.

  6. Repeat the process with the sediment from the last infusion.
