Economical Wheaten Bread

Ingredients

• 5 pounds bran
• 4 gallons water
• 46 pounds brown flour
• salt
• yeast

Directions

1. Boil 5 pounds of bran in more than 4 gallons of water until smooth.

2. Pour 3 gallons and 3 quarts of clear bran water into a mixing bowl.

3. Add 46 pounds of brown flour, salt, and yeast to the bran water.

4. Knead the mixture until well combined.
