These are unreal. Lentils are so hearty. I didn’t even think about the fact that I was eating vegan tacos. That doesn’t even sound like it could be a thing … ‘vegan tacos’. It’s a big thing, though. A big, delicious thing. Keep your beef, meat eaters!
