Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Cooked chicken
Provides the main protein and bulk of the filling.
Eggs
Set in the pan to form a thin layer that holds the wrap together.
Onion
Softens and sweetens as it fries, forming the flavour base of the filling.
Tomato
Adds moisture and mild acidity that loosens and brightens the filling.
Ginger garlic paste
Adds pungent aromatic flavour when fried in oil.

The step that matters

Cooking the egg layer over the tortilla. Cook the beaten egg on low-to-medium heat and let it set before flipping. High heat or flipping too early can tear the layer or leave it runny, so the wrap will not hold together well.

Swap the ginger

How well each one fits the dish's main ingredients (chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, egg):

  1. Cuminfits better
  2. Thymefits better
  3. Corianderfits better
  4. Gingerthe original
