Directions

Whisk together orange juice and next 6 ingredients; whisk in oil. Reserve.

Toss romaine with half the dressing; divide among serving plates.

Top each with 1 sliced orange, jicama, and 1/2 avocado, sliced.

Drizzle with remaining dressing.
