  • 1 x Green pepper, halved, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce

Directions

Combine green beans, kidney beans and onion in a large salad bowl; add French dressing, chili powder and salt; toss to coat.

Add olives, green pepper and cheese; toss to coat.

Line a chilled individual salad bowl with lettuce and spoon salad mixture onto the lettuce;

Top with crushed chips and serve.
