- 1 can canned beef broth
- 36 1/2 oz water
- 8 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 oz dry cheese tortellini
- 1 pack frozen vegetables
- 15 oz canned great northern beans
- 1 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning

Directions
Bring broth, water and tomato sauce to a boil in large saucepan over high heat. Add all other ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tortellini and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Note: Mixed vegetables include cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and red peppers. Substitutions: 2 cups cooked, cubed lean American lamb leg or shoulder; 16 ounce fresh tortellini for the boxed tortellini; low-sodium beef broth for the beef broth.
