  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup drained pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup finely sliced green pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Stir butter into hot rice. Add ham, chicken, pineapple, green pepper, water chestnuts, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Turn into buttered 1-1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
