Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Cooked ground turkey
Provides the main protein and bulk that hold the treat together.
Cheddar cheese
Melts on heating to add richness and bind the treat together.
Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs
Absorb moisture and add body so the balls hold their shape.
Chicken-flavored baby food
Adds moisture and savory flavor throughout the mixture.

The step that matters

Freezing until solid before bagging. The balls must be fully frozen before transfer so they keep their shape and do not stick together in the bag.
