  • Trimmed Green Bean Spout 400 g
  • Chive 75 g
  • Shredded Ginger 10 g (3 slices)
  • Seasoning
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/3 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Sauce
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt and Sugar 1/3 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Pepper and Sesame Oil some

Directions

Wash chive, then cut into short sections

Wash beef and shred, marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes

Wash and drain green bean spout

Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add green bean spouts and stir fry

Add 1 tbsp of water while green bean spouts turn soft

Stir fry until cook, dish up and drain dry

Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add shredded ginger while oil is heat

Add marinated beef and stir fry for a while, add chive

Stir fry for a while, add in green bean spouts, stir well

Pour in sauce, keep stirring, dish up when sauce dry, serve
