Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.

In deep skillet heat oil until hot enough to fry 1 inch cube of dough.

Carefully place dough, a tablespoon at a time into oil.

Fry a few donuts at a time 3-5 minutes.

Remove and place in bag with powdered sugar to coat.

Serve warm.
