  • 1 1/2 cups green beans, steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 1 grated cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons barbados sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Combine carrots, steamed green beans, white cabbage and cucumber in a glass bowl.

Combine garlic, black pepper, barbados sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice and turmeric.

Toss vegetables in this dressing. Chill, covered for 4 hours.
