Ingredients

  • 8 ounces kosher salt
  • 8 ounces sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole black peppercorns

Boil 2 cups of water.

Add salt and sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add remaining 6 cups of cold water and stir in remaining ingredients.
