  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 cup sliced hulled strawberries

  • Poppy Seed Dressing.
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

In a salad bowl place greens, watercress, strawberries and onion. Top with dressing and toss to coat.
