- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort®
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier®
- 1/2 oz PUSSER’S PAINKILLER #4 ®
- 1/2 oz Pat O'Brien's Sweet and Sour Mix®
- 1 tsp 7 Up®

1.Pour vodka,amaretto,Southern Comfort

and Grand Marnier into old fashioned glass with ice.

2.Add painkiller and sweet and sour mix.
